Joi Arcand
Joi T. Arcand (born Hafford, Saskatchewan) is a photo-based artist from Muskeg Lake Cree Nation, Saskatchewan, who currently resides in Vancouver, British Columbia. Arcand comes from a farming background. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2005.
